You must be joking! Do you speak Italian (not that's it's a lot of use in trying to understand Napulitano, the local dialect)? There are some restaurants with Canzoni Napolitani, and along the coast there are a few music pubs/clubs, but of course all in Italian/Napulitano, mostly pretty raucous, but you'd need transport to get there.
