What is needed is a certificate from the first scan that says it WAS checked OK as a musical instrument or such- while it may be thought that such paper things can be faked - with the computing technology we have today, I am sure a solution CAN be found - unless the whole IDEA is to just keep the Public panicked in order to support Warmongering Politicians.... oooh hush ma naughty mouth...
