I recently bought a photocopier from him. When it arrived it was full of what I thought to be hundreds and thousands. I later found out that they were ants' eggs. I asked him to swap the machine and he continues to pretend to be Arabic and can't understand. The machine now just sits there emitting a foul smell and oozing a sticky liquid that has burnt a hole in the floor. Just thought I'd warn you what he is like.
