I'm afraid there aren't that many folk clubs going in Perth at the moment, I think you've just about covered them.
The only other one I know of is the Mundaring Folk and Blues Club, that meets every third Friday.
Only trouble is - I would think that they would be booked out for the next few months. However, I'll look up the ph contact and post it here for you.
