Andy - Yes I understand that it is possible, unfortunately it costs bank charges. Whilst the Bill/Dick currancy swap works I feel that we can continue to use it. Otherwise an AMT (Air Mail Transfer) direct to Max in the states could also be done, but unfortubately UK (and US) banks are not charities.
