Just stumbled upon this on the web. This link has a great photo of the instrument, wonderful wav files, and written history. There are less than 200 nykleharpa players in America, but there is a graph that shows how much of an improvement this is. It is a really neat sounding instrument, kind of like a hurdy-gurdy/dulcimer type looking thing. Ah, heck, just go see it and listen! Maybe one of you plays one or will want to??
