What's back-to-front Bill Clinton got to do with it?   

Clinton appeared to use bombing sorties against Iraq as a distraction for the media, when things were getting too troublesome about Monica. Is the implication here that Bush has got some similar bit of naughtiness he's worried about? Now that would be a good news day...It seems it's easy enough to get away with lying, cheating, treason and bloodshed, but when it comes to nookie, that's serious stuff!
