I'll second Bassic in offering fun and accommodation in Hull. I give cheap tours of the historic part of Hull (rough price 1 pint of Guinness) and am available most of the time since I don't have to go out to work or anything silly like that. If you want to make arrangements with Bassic and/or me just let us know what you want.

And Dave Bryant - how could you call Bill a Yorkshireman? He's a man that lives in Yorkshire but that doesn't make him a Yorkshireman. We don't give that title away easily. Besides he's got a richly cultural regional background of his own.
