I never understand how it is people can ever feel so confident about who it is posting as a nameless, or with a pseudonym, that they come out and finger anyone.

I mean, even with named members, you can never know for sure who is sitting at the computer.

So long as there is any doubt, giving people the benefit of it is a pretty good policy.
