I don't know what version of Tam lin you play over there in wherever you are, but the chords that fit here are as follows:
1 /dm   /a#   /c   /f c/ repeat
2 /dm   /dm   /c   /c   /
/dm   /dm   /a# /c dm/   
3 /dm   /dm   /c   /c   /
/dm   /dm   /a# /c dm/         so that's the dm version
for the Am one just substitute these for
    am,f,g,c,g,am
and am.g.am.f,g.am    I've never heard the Am one with 3 parts
