Yes Fiona you can just turn up to watch the Open Stage free but if you want to perform then you need to apply well in advance such is the demand. Six of the 10 acts that I saw were wonderful and the other 4 were very good although not quite to my taste. Good average :0)

Bob did mean Central Hotel although at times it was a bit like the Station opposite.
