Tam the Bam frae Saltcoats----I take it ye mean "McGonigle"? The man who penned such gems as "As Ah wis walkin doon the road, Ah met a coo----a BULL b'Goad!!"? I share your appreciation of the often unintended humour of McGonigle, but hey, c'mon! Burns was a poet. McGonigle was a comic.
