My son has been employed at Wal-Mart for about twelve years. He makes good money, has a good 401k retirement program which has company participation, a health care plan, etc. I think 90% of the negative things said and printed about Wal-Mart is pure horse pucky, and most of the critics haven't got a clue about how the company operates, or how it treats its employees. There are folks who hate ANY big business, and Wal-Mart is one of the biggest.
