Of course all people are materialistic...but how materialistic? That's the question. I bet I'm just as practical as you are in most respects, and I really don't like malls all that much...but I patronize them to a certain extent. Just not Walmart. Interestingly enough my favorite specialty store...the really good hobby shop...can no longer be found in malls for some reason. Nor can the really good music shop. Not around here anyway. They're always independent stores out on the street somewhere. I get to breathe some fresh air while walking to them, and that's enjoyable (although it can also be cold or wet). The air is usually not too good inside malls.
