Here is something that really concerns me when driving. It is now so common that I think some drivers must think it is part of the Highway Code:

Drivers waiting to turn from a side road into a more major road, who "nose" their cars further and further out into the oncoming traffic.

Some people don't even wait at all! I see them drive up and *immediately* start to nose out. They act as if it is their right to do this. Why not wait patiently and be safe ?
