The problem with putting an email address on an open forum, is primarily due to the danger that one of these webcrawler programs designed to collect email addresses for spammers will pick it up. So to thwart these lowlifers I usually type the address in this form (johndoeAThotmailDOTcom) readers will then recognise the address but the webcrawler won't. Fergus
