I can't recall the translation of "Cha leir dhomh am bealach" right now, and my dictionary is at home. The "le sileadh nan deur" is literally, "with a torrent of tears". The first part of that line has something to do with a negative - "Not *something* to me" is the literal translation of the phrase.
