The Southern Poverty Law Center's Teaching Tolerance program recently put out a CD/songbook compilation called "I Will Be Your Friend: Songs and Activities for Young Peacemakers" that should have a lot of good material for you. There are songs by Sally Rogers, Pete Seeger, and Woody Guthrie, including "Somos El Barco", "We Are All Children of Earth", "Paz y Libertad." It's available free for the asking to teachers and schools. You should be able to find out more about it at the Teaching Tolerance website. Oh, yes, and one of my songs is in it, too!
