Aibrean - This may sound a bit strange, but check out the Folklore Society of Greater Washington page. The "Links" section has a couple of Pennsylvania things listed (many in Philadelphia, but I did see a couple of Pittsburgh things). Also, if you can mosey on down to the FSGW Getaway this October, I know we get a bunch of Pennsylvanians including at least one couple from Pittsburgh.
