Lloyd, you can save the Word file as HTML (save as, then go to "save as type" and select "HTML Document."

You can double-click on the document saved as HTML to make sure it will look OK.

Then go to Notepad, Click on "File," then "Open." Go to the "files of type" box and select "All Files (*.*)" Find your file and copy and paste into the "Submit Message" box.
