Well - One Political rule I have always understood is :-
Never Complain. Never Explain, Don't get mad, get even
If GWB Jnr is now having to defend and excuse his behavoir and conduct I would say the salvoes are getting close to the target !
After all when you have to explain your conduct, and find excuse makers you draw more attention to the allegations. As Ron Davis (Welsh Joke) found out.
