AHHHH yes. The wonderful British Columbia area. Growing up where I have, I am somewhat familiar with your neighborhood, the Campbell River area. And, it's true, the air is cleaner and the salmon are bigger, to say nothing of the halibut. But to move to a bone dry desert, just for winter warmth, is just too bizzare for me.
