The '@' is the suspicious part. There are many ways of representing web server addresses. The actual site you are going to is '1075686747', and *not* federalpolice.com (even if the address bar says 'http:/federalpolice.com' when you get there). This is a common trick. Once you're there it runs a bunch of java which I didn't examine too closely, but I expect that it's *baaad*.
