Thanks, guys. I've tried all kinds of things, including the above suggestions, to no avail. I feel bereft without my Eudora.:-) I DID find, at Qualcomm, that they've had to do some things differently for WinXP, but even following their guidelines for that, I didn't have any luck.

I'll try a search on google, again, following your advice, Bill. If that doesn't work I may haveto try out google's..er, Mozilla's new email program. I refuse to use Outlook Express(ed).
