Only problem is that in Australia, they don't even want 50 yr olds ay all - the junior wages are cheaper. This caused a hassle when the young kid taking the taking to the bank after hours was mugged, and told he would have to pay back the money - the judge deemed that since he was a minor, he was not legally liable, further the judge pointed out that giving a minor the level of responsiblity of a manager just didn't fit with Austalian law - they could do it, but they could not legally enforce any liabililty thru the courts cause he was a minor... apart from the fact that Aussie law does not hold with making him responsibile for the financial loss - to do with vicarous responsibility and other things...
