Well, we enjoyed a great 90th birthday party for Judy's Uncle Will over in Canterberry, NH, and, yes, it didn't wind up until after 7 pm. One of his grandsons is a good banjo player so we had fun exchanging tunes and tunings. There was lots of good food and things to drink. And there were great grandchildren running around and assorted relatives that Judy's Maine family hadn't seen in years. We drove down with Judy's brother and his wife.

Weather wasn't bad coming down and we had a nice lunch break at Warrens in Kittery. And heading back north it wasn't really bad until we were north of Portland where the interstate had 2 to 3 inches of snow and we couldn't do more than 35 mph. It was a relief to pull in the driveway about 11 pm.

Sorry to miss the shanty sing but fortunately there are two sessions to attend in March.

Now to shovel out the cars!
