Kat, that particular friend wasn't all that bright. I don't know whether she had a real lack of intelligence, or whether the environment she was in made her that way. Her parents were the type that didn't want to know she was around. If they noticed her, they usually yelled. As a result, she spent all the time she could at my house. I was just playing when I made up the story, and eventually felt so bad she believed it that I told her the truth.
