The agenda was.   Mins of last meeting, Venues (Memorial Hall, back on.catering, (ongoing) fringe There are no changes from last years position though Hannah has not grasped that the Pubs will book their own acts eg Odies. I have spoken to most of the pubs about supporting the programme and although none were against, all would like to know the cost, I have given Hannah a list to visit. Hodgsons have booked the full line up of P.T. H.(can you confirm Ossonflags) The Tiger is back on, and with the Memorial hall being again a venue this should be well patronised.Oddies and the Sun are as usual (check Oddies for a booked act)Nellies will host the old time/Bluegrass from mid day on the Saturday, Anna has made the upstiars room avaliable to the festival "if required" The Start up dance will be again on Thursday at the Memorial Hall .Thats the fringe for now. next on the agenda Stewarding ,more required. Other items were Artists to date, "to many to put down".Education and community programme--Coming of age. Jenny may come in on this one??? and Funding. I will put in more as I am made aware.
