Allan C-we can't really project this years attendance on last years because the site is different and that made a dramatic cost reduction. Some locals who were feeling broke perked up and said "oh this I can afford" and some locals to Va. said "oh this is much nearer than the previous site". Of course there are those locals who morn the loss of sailing or canoeing (and indoor toilets)from the previous site-can't please everyone all the time.
