Boy I feel dumb.

I'm looking for an Irish tune, done to "Yellow rose of Texas". It's about an Orange Lad who steals a phonograph from a Knights of Columbus Hall, ro some such, and the only thing the phonograph will play is IRA songs.

Sort of an Ould Orange Flute, in reverse.
