nutty, I would guess that your 2 question marks are
1 I would think that would be "galley cook", and
2 Spurn point and its light ship at the mouth of the Humber you would come round the lightship coming from The Dogger and bear up for Grimsby, they would be cutting it a bit fie if they only stated reducing sail as they came round it, I think, ask Skipjack!
