I think that will be Paul Hathaway of east London. Makes possibly the best sounding mandolins in the UK - but very plain, and not showoff quality of finish, as far as I ahve seen.

Some people I know do not like his mandolins, but I think they sound wholly wonderful.

I one played a guitar he had made... It looked like a 12 year old had made it from a kit, was horrid to play and sounded like dogshit.

What his ukes are like are anyone's guess.
