The barbacue sounds GREAT!! Say, I have some mole sauce (don't know how to do accents. it isn't made from Cleigh's little cousin. it's that marvelous Mexican stuff) I also have some WIKED hot berbere [paste that is left over from some Ethiopian projects.Aside from handing you boys the jars, I plan to sit back with several pintes of the black vile stuff and relax. Lots of food today (Thai sampler day) and a wedding party for thirty, and an Ethiopian sampler tomorrow. These 14 hour days in this odd, humid weather in my HOT kitchen are beginning to wear, even after a nice break in Toronto.
