Thread Name: BS: What I don't like about Mudcat
Subject: RE: BS: What I don't like about Mudcat
I don't find folks north of the Mason-Dixon line snooty. They are often the British branch office and they post threads that they would like information on. Usually we Yanks haven't got a clue what the song is,but when we do, we contribute. I think the British Catters sometimes use the cat as a way to communicate rather than have to spend a lot of money on calls. Works for me! I'm sometimes a bit awestruck by the amount of small live music venues they have.

When I first joined, I asked about songs about baseball and covered bridges. WELL! Did I set myself up! I just joined in the fun. We wondered whether the outfielders would have to wear miners' lights to see in the dark to catch the ball! I said something about the saying 'hitting one into the rafters' would take on a whole new meaning.

Having a bad day huh?
