Very seldom in my life have i committed songwriting, but it was always about one or more of the Peterson animals-- back in teh days when I was married and we had three little blondhaired girls (now 20,22 and 24) we had three Newfoundland dogs and they somehow paired off with each dog having his own special girl. . . I never was able to write a Farewell song but rather sang, more loudly and more often, the songs that celebrated their antics whilst alive. . . they are of limited general interest. I bet, Kat, that you have some good ones! I feel sad for you and hope you can remember all those GOOD years, and there were lots! Pete
