Good advice from all- he is an amazingly charming and funny guy, as well as a master of the guitar. For me, one of the most stunning things about watching him play fingerpicks! He'll play his matching Taylors, a 6-string and a 12-string, with such accuracy and percussion that it seems inconceivable that it's just his fingertips. I am also always pleased to find that he doesn't use a bunch of strange, exotic tunings....just maybe one or two open tunings, and a good deal of stuff in standard tuning. What this means to me personally is that, after watching and listening to him for 40 years, I can actually play two (2) of his songs (in a clumsy sort of way). You are in for a big treat!
