Tap water usually, though only because our tap mounted filters keep breaking. The bride swears by the tap water at her rural school, must be a really good well.

My favourite water comes from an artesian well a few miles from our summer cottage, wonderful stuff. When I was a kid we drank straight out of Georgian Bay, but those days are sadly long gone. I remember plunging my head into small streams which flowed out of the Niagara Escarpment for long cold drinks on hot summer days, and fishing for brook trout there too.
