EQUAL HUMAN RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW. there are plenty of legal distinctions made in the law about how rights are exercised, how one person's right should not infringe the other person's etc. but the basic right of equal protection under the law is what is at question here. all the other stuff is a coverup for homophobic bigotry. answer this question: why should sexual orientation be cause for denying a person equal protection under the law?
