Last week Fortunato called as he was in town and knew that I was good for a beer. He showed up at our house at the end of a rehearsal and sang with us for a couple of hours. Harmonies on the fly, arrangements while you wait, good stories, good beer, good whiskey. A highly satisfactory evening.

Monday saw the arrival of Wyo Woman. Remember her? She remains as pleasant, charming and funny as ever. It's been a couple of years, but seemed like days when we got back together with her.

Thanks again to Max and the Mud for old friends we just haven't met yet and friendships continued.
