Maggie, I don't know if this helps ... I hope it does. When Marion visited us last year, we had a hoot for her. I was quite distracted with hip pain at the time. This was before my surgery. If I had been in my right mind, I would have sent out the hoot invites with a note something like: "folksinger on the road ... donations for her trip are very welcome." Then I would have passed the hat. Our hoot crowd are such proffesional and generous people, as you well know, that I'm sure we would have raised some nice bucks for her. Hope this helps. CHEERS, Bob
