Cats are interesting critters. They will often suss out the one person in the room who really doesn't like em, and then make a beeline, or a catline if you will. With women, it's kind of the other way around, at least in my humble experience. The more we're interested, the more we hang back. So blackcatter, try looking around the edges for the ones who are licking their paws and pretending they couldn't give a hoot, they may be the shy kitty you'll be just the right catnip for!
