Dear Heather, I've been away for a few days and have only just heard the sad news.I'm at a loss for words to tell you how I feel. I treasured my meeting with Rick at the Mystic festival, and looked forward to seeing you both on the British tour that never came off.I am sad at the loss of a friend and for the loss to music that Rick's passing creates.
