I don't believe Rick's show and CIUT's signal are "off the air." In fact, they're on the air. It's the Real Audio feed that's (hopefully temporarily) off.

Saying they're "off the air" is like saying James Taylor's a folksinger. Not the same thing (he said with a grin).
