Like so many people here on the Cat I only knew Rick through the Cat, He has had such an influence on so many people it is becoming an understatement to say that he will be missed.
I heard so much about him last year at the Getaway that I know that I would have liked to have met him.
My deepest sympathies to Heather and to all the rest of his family and closest friends.
