Uncle Dick Hutchison recorded Pig Ankle Rag and I believe he was the source for the Highwoods String Band. Pig Ankle Rag made it onto the Highwoods' "Feed Your Babies Onions" compilation CD, Rounder CD 11569. I believe this CD is still available.
