I don't know if its called a beer batter or what but the fish and chips at the Dubliner in DC is so good with a smooth golden even crust I was wondering how to make it.
Any fish and chips experts recall a similar thread not long ago?
After having tried some of the cheescake recipes here I am not a very trusting soul any longer.
