Here in the US, Matzoh Brei is not a brand name, it is an omelet made with crushed Matzoh and eggs as the two primary ingredients.

Try Matzoh Meal. Since this is the Passover season, it is very easy to get at most supermarkets where there are at least a few Jews in the Neighborhood.

MM is used for making matzoh meal pancakes and would certainly work well for any of various fritters and coatings. Goes well with sour cream, apple sauce [or other fruit sauce] or yogurt.

You can also use it make matzoh balls--anywhere from one to 6 inches in diameter. Goes very well in chicken soup.
