Sounds like a woman slightly out of control - I hope she can take that honest look at herself & sort herself out.
Avril - I expect if you were to take on board what people here are saying a bit then it would not take long to turn the situation around a bit & have everyone nicely unruffled again. You may have to work at rebuilding some bridges, but its probably worth it.
