The prophetic secrets contained in Joanna Southcott's box can be revealed only in the collective presence of 24 Bishops of the Church of England. (Not happened yet, several centuries later). In a similar way, Victoria's Secrets will only be revealed in the presence of 24 singer-songwriters. Dylan is No. 1 on the list. Who's next, I wonder ?
