If you dont mind about that, then go for it.
I would put in a good word for google not lying to customers, i wouldnt think they would do that.
They are currently creating an email account, like hotmail, but with a spam protection, and instead of the free hotmail 2mb limit, google will have a 1000mb limit, because they believe you should be able to keep the emails forever!!
they are doing all this for free, they hope... *snigger*
